Agent Training

Agent Mentoring and Coaching Sessions

Here are some licensing requirements that are needed to work at a Real Estate Brokerage.
- Take and pass the course exam, administered at the end of the class.
- Take and pass the State of Florida licensing exam.

ERA Trend Realty is partnering with Career WebSchool to offer Real Estate Sales Pre-licensing, and Continuing Education Courses. The Florida Real Estate Institute has served more than 30,000 students since its creation. The mission of the Institute is to provide superior results, easy to learn materials, a friendly, supportive staff, regular schedule, and convenient locations. The Florida Real Estate Institute offers classes in Gainesville at the local Real Estate Association. Courses are offered in an eight-week evening format or a week-long all day format. Santa Fe Community College
If a more structured course is your style, you can take the Real Estate course at Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville. Offered at the Northwest Campus, this class is offered by the Business department for a full semester. To further your understanding and better prepare you for your new career in Real Estate, there is a program that can help. The Certificate in Business Management - Real Estate provides business information and course work in accounting, management, and business computing.
