For a LIMITED TIME* first time home buyers can COMBINE two fabulous opportunities.

 

            1.  The recently enacted Housing Stimulus Bill will provide most first time home buyers with a tax credit of $7,500.  This program covers the period from April 9, 2008 to July 1, 2009.    The tax credit will be available only for personal residence purchases.  For other details, contact a Trend Associate.
